CNKW1系列智能型萬(wàn)能式斷路器(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)斷路器)，是本公司設計、制造的新型斷路器之一。適用于交流50Hz，額定工作電壓 400V，額定工作電流630A~3200A的配電網(wǎng)絡(luò )中，用來(lái)分配電能和保護線(xiàn)路及電源設備免受過(guò)載、欠電壓、短路、單相接地等故?#31995;?#21361;害，該斷路器具有智能化保護功能，選擇性保護精確，能提供供電可靠性，避免不必要的停電。

產(chǎn)品符合GB/T14048.2《低壓開(kāi)關(guān)設備和控制設備低壓斷路器》、  IEC60947-2《低壓開(kāi)關(guān)設備和控制設備:斷路器》標準。

CNKW1 Series Intelligent Air Circuit Breaker (hereinafter called the circuit  breaker) is one of novel circuit breakers designed and made by us.

This circuit breaker is suitable used in the distribution network with rated  operational voltage 400V, rated working current 630A~3200A,AC 50Hz. for  distributing power and protecting line and power supply facility from damage  of many faults such as overload, under voltage, short circuit, single-phase earthing etc., it possess many advantages of intelligent protection functions,  precise discrimination protection to provide reliable power supply and avoid  unnecessary power cut.

■正常工作條件和安裝條件　Conditions for normal working and installing

●周?chē)諝鉁囟壬?#38480;值不超過(guò)+40C，且24h的平均值不超過(guò)+35℃  周?chē)諝鉁囟?#19979;限值不

低于一5℃;

●安裝地海拔高度不超過(guò)2000m。

●大氣條件

最高?#22239;?#28858;+40C時(shí)，?#35549;?#30340;相對?#22239;?#19981;超過(guò)50%;在較低?#22239;?#19979;可以有較高的相對濕度;

例如20C時(shí)達90%。對由于?#22239;?#35722;化偶爾產(chǎn)生的凝露應采取特殊的措施。

●安裝類(lèi)別

斷路器用于安裝類(lèi)別IV;輔助電路的安裝類(lèi)別出了欠電壓脫扣器線(xiàn)圈，電源變壓器初級線(xiàn)

圈與斷路器主電路相同外，其余為Ⅲ?。

●斷路器應按使用說(shuō)明書(shū)進(jìn)行安裝。斷路器的垂直傾斜度不超過(guò)5o。

●The upper limit of ambient temperature does not exceed +40℃, and  the average value within

24h does not exceed +35'C, the lower limit is  not lower than -5℃.

●Altitude of installing place does not exceed 2000m.

●Atmospheric condition:

When the maximum temperature is +40C, the relative humidity does not  exceed 50%;the lower the temperature, the higher the relative humidity,  for example at +20C, the relative humidity may be up to 90%, a special  measure may be adopted for occasional condensation.

●Degree of pollution: 3- class.

●Installing category:

Category IV for the circuit breaker, under voltage tripping coil, primary  coil of power transformer of secondary circuit; l for others

The installation of circuit breaker shall observe the application  instruction, the vertical inclination of circuit breaker shall not exceed 5o.
